Andrea Yates, NOW’s 2001 Reproductive Rights Hero of the Year, will now get another chance to prove that she was just performing 5 late-term abortions. That’ll show that Texas judicial patriarchy!
UPDATE:
I’m still hoping that another inmate finds a way to shank Andrea during her stay in the big-house.

On a serious note, the overturning of this case is appalling, just as Yates is. How someone can do this is beyond me and she deserves a free pass to hyperdermic needle room.
