Marxist bitch Barbara Boxer acts like a spoiled two-year-old in Senate confirmation hearings.

She really is horribly jealous that a GOP administration has a black woman in such a position of power. That must really churn her butter. It probably doesn’t help things that Rice is also far better educated than ol’ Babs.
