WTW: America’s Worst President Speaks Out (again)
June 8th, 2005 at 9:55 am by Preston Taylor Holmes
Former President and catastrophic failure Jimmy Carter called on the U.S. to shut down the chicken coops at Guantanamo Bay yesterday at a “human rights” conference in Hotlanta.
“The U.S. continues to suffer terrible embarrassment and a blow to our reputation … because of reports concerning abuses of prisoners in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo,” Carter said after a two-day human rights conference at his Atlanta center.
President Carter, YOU are a terrible embarrassment and blow to our national reputation. You are our public shame.
How about this, Billy’s Brother — I’ll make you a deal. We’ll shut down Gitmo if you agree to allow us to summarily execute each of the 540 detainees still held there for interrogation.
Yeah, didn’t think so.

WORST President?? I think you’re being too kind to James Buchanan.
Maybe “second-worst”?

I also totally neglected William Henry Harrison.
Well, worst in my lifetime should just about cover it.

Pierce was pretty bad too, but if Carter wasn’t such a douche bag we wouldn’t of gotten Reagan. But he is by far the worst EX-President.

His speaking out on that issue blew me away too. See my post. What a dork.
