Statewide laughingstock Dustin Serpas, or “Son of Spanky” as he should be called from here on out, was recently arrested, again, for his inability to operate a motor vehicle correctly. Tennesseans may well recall our traffic accident rate being fairly normal before The Chief and Son of Spanky arrived.

“On October 5th, Dustin Serpas was involved in a minor vehicle accident,” said Lt. Alvin Baird of the Murfreesboro Police Department.

Just last month Dustin had pleaded guilty to one charge of drunk driving and no contest to another. His sentence revoked his license and included one year probation. Police say he should not be driving.

But the Murfreesboro officer who responded to the three car crash had no knowledge of that history.

“Mr. Serpas only had an I.D. license. The officer ran a check to see the status. It was I.D. only, but didn’t show any history on his record,” Baird explained.

Aficionados of White Trash Drama, may recall that Son of Spanky was arrested for DUI twice within a month this exact same time last year.

To counteract the negative publicity brought on by his obviously troubled and neglected protein pod, Chief Spanky has decided for yet another patented Metro Crackdown on Speeders to last until the end of October.

Just in time for the November Crackdown on Speeders.
