Vandy got screwed. That "unsportsmanlike conduct" call when they made their last touchdown in regulation deserves to be looked at by the NCAA. Had they gone for the win instead of the tie that penalty made all of the difference.

Still, double overtime in the swamp for Vandy against ranked Florida was quite a feat.

I did see the fight in the Vols though. The defense was hitting people and getting pressure on Quinn. There were some sparks in the offense but it's hard to overcome as many turnovers and penalties (early on) as they continue to have.

I was really pulling for Vandy just now, but they laid an egg.

I'm hoping that Tennessee drops the rest of their games. They don't deserve a bowl game and perhaps complete humiliation will wake some dumbasses up over on the hill.

Until Fulmer goes, we're screwed, because he's not going to hire anyone competent as offensive coordinator. The only reason he would hire Cutt is because he knows Cutt wouldn't take his job like he did King Johnny Majors'.

The Va Tech game caught me completely off guard.

Thank goodness I've got a good amount of Jack Daniels™ Brand Bourbon flowing through my bloodstream.

well, I love how I was wrong on every count.

and I'd like to go back to a time when coach Cutt was here and we scored a whole bunch of points.

on somebody not named Vanderbuilt or Kentucky.

cause, for the life of me, I can't remember.

oh, and to rub salt in the wound, Vandy has tied Florida, 35-35. I honestly don't think that Tennessee will win two more games.

Your picks look about right this week. I'm down with the set, except for maybe that Philly-Redskins game. The hate goes back.

On UT without Captain Randy's questionable calling running the ship into a ragged coastline, I think they're either going to stink it up so bad that I'm going to have to tape it so I can freeze frame the exact moment that this season hits rock bottom - Or....the Irish may have a fight on their hands.

People have been calling on getting rid of Sanders for years. Eight years of stinking it up. Losing to Maryland in a bowl game 30 to fucking 3. Explosive turtlepower just doesn't sound right.

I'm excited. I watch these games every Saturday since David Cutcliffe left and wonder why the ball just isn't making it to the big play talent. Clausen Jr.'s intense loyalty to Sanders and questionable throwing arm notwithstanding.

John Chavis coaches winners and future Sunday players and having watched his coaching style for so long - I would imagine that he would have them fired up.

I don't care if they win. I just want to see them fight like they have some pride.

Penn will kick some azz in wisconsin, count on it. Well maybe not. TO should be hung from the goal post by his big lips. Being a Philly fan I can say this, "put up or shut up TO" you sure as hell do not impress Philly fans in the least.

Listining to the NFL round up this morning, I don't think there is a team in the league who has a Quarter back worth a damn in this weeks games.

VaTech will stomp Miami

Wisconsin will stomp Penn State

Patriots will stomp a bloody mudhole into the Colts

The third string will get playing time in South Bend

I will be seeing how long it takes to fill my garage with enough carbon monoxide to make me not care
