My own sense is that Hitler, however monstrous, also brought useful changes to Germany. But Hitler&#039;s legacy is not all bad. He rebuilt the economy after WWI and planned the Autobahn, and helped lay the ground work for prosperity today.

I know that Godwin&#039;s Law is now in force, but it was too ripe to pass up.</description>
