Double-Dose of Breaking Teacher’s Pet News

Shamed (yet still hot) teacher Sandra Beth Geisel will be out of the slammer next month after reaching a 6-month plea deal.

The only new news in this story is that it turns out that Sandra was actually the victim in all of this.

An unexpected moment in court came when Albany County Judge Stephen Herrick said this is a very unique case because the 16-year-old is a victim in the statutory sense but Geisel didn’t victimize him. He went on to say, “At the time this occurred, you were needy, drinking heavily and had a low self esteem. While you looked at this as affection, you were being used, abused and sexually abused. You became their playmate. ”

The 16-year-old’s family and the District Attorney are disappointed by such statements.

So, really, though she was 42 and the boy was 16, he had discovered a way to turn her into the victim. Clever boy.

No jail time for my favorite cuckoldress, Debra Lafave.

TAMPA, Fla. â€” A Florida teacher charged with having sex with a minor pleaded guilty on Tuesday to two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior as part of a plea deal that does not include any jail time.

The deal provides that Greco Middle School teacher Debra Lafave, 25, will not serve one day in jail in connection with multiple sex acts with a 14-year-old student unless she violates the terms of the plea agreement, which includes three years of house arrest and seven years’ probation.

“I accept full responsibility for my actions,” Lafave said during Tuesday’s trial in Tampa.

“To place an attractive young woman in that kind of hell hole is like putting a piece of raw meat in with the lions,” Lafave’s attorney, John Fitzgibbons, said in July of the possibility of jail time. “I’m not sure she would survive.”

Since Lafave’s deal includes three years of house arrest, I’ve personally been in contact with Tampa officials, trying to offer up my house as a good location for the house arrest portion of her sentence, but I’ve received no return calls to this point. I’m still optimistic, however. I’m sure Mrs. Holmes won’t mind me converting the basement into a nice suite for Debra.
