Support: Alright, please be clicking on &quot;Start&quot;, go to &quot;settings&quot;, and open the control panel.

Cranky: When the system actually boots, it runs Linux.  It&#039;s frozen in the middle of the memory test.

Support: Ok, you are needing to be clicking on the Start button now, so close all programs and tell me what you see.</description>
