Support: Alright, please be clicking on "Start", go to "settings", and open the control panel. Cranky: When the system actually boots, it runs Linux. It's frozen in the middle of the memory test. Support: Ok, you are needing to be clicking on the Start button now, so close all programs and tell me what you see. Cranky: I turned my ststem on and it froze in the middle of the POST.
