Straight from the Department of Redundancy Department:
Wisconsin Sen. Russell Feingold accused fellow Democrats on Tuesday of cowering rather than joining him on trying to censure President Bush over domestic spying.
“Democrats run and hide” when the administration invokes the war on terrorism, Feingold told reporters.
Feingold introduced censure legislation Monday in the Senate but not a single Democrat has embraced it.
And allow me to voice my support for the Feingold for President ‘08 candidacy. Finally, someone who’s saying what all three of us are thinking.
“I’m amazed at Democrats … cowering with this president’s numbers so low,” Feingold said.
That’s going to leave a mark. Cowards “cowering”? Say it ain’t so. A party so rich with modern day war heroes like John Kerry, John Murtha, Max Cleland and Paul Hackett cannot stand for Feingold’s questioning of their patriotism. Has the Yellow Dog merely been replaced by the Yellow Belly?
The Professor links to the WaPo vis-a-vis the “running and hiding”:
“I haven’t read it (the resolution),” demurred Barack Obama (Ill.).
Obama is widely regarded as inexperienced and incompetent (yet photogenic) enough to lead the Donks out of their self-imposed electoral exile.
“I just don’t have enough information,” protested Ben Nelson (Neb.). “I really can’t right now,” John Kerry (Mass.) said as he hurried past a knot of reporters — an excuse that fell apart when Kerry was forced into an awkward wait as Capitol Police stopped an aide at the magnetometer.
“I really can’t right now.” Come now Senator. We’re just asking your opinion on Bush doing something illegal again. It’s not like anyone is still asking you about your military records that you still haven’t released.
Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.) brushed past the press pack, shaking her head and waving her hand over her shoulder. When an errant food cart blocked her entrance to the meeting room, she tried to hide from reporters behind the 4-foot-11 Barbara Mikulski (Md.).
“Ask her after lunch,” offered Clinton’s spokesman, Philippe Reines. But Clinton, with most of her colleagues, fled the lunch out a back door as if escaping a fire.
Don’t diss Donkeydom’s grand-dame, Dana. A pig in a pantsuit knows a spit roast when she sees it.

Back to the old drawing board, literally…
Here are some samples of what I’ve been working on recently. I was saying yesterday how I’m looking to get out of advertising and into something which makes more use of my drawing abilities. I’ve been doing some work - on and off - for the past few …
