Via the CPT’s official statement, they were RELEASED. Seems they didn’t need the help of special forces after all. They had it well under control.
Our hearts are filled with joy today as we heard that Harmeet Singh Sooden, Jim Loney and Norman Kember have been safely released in Baghdad.
Luckily, they’re going to “renew our commitment to work for an end to the war and the occupation of Iraq.” So we have that to look forward to.

Thankfully others noticed this. I thought I was taking crazy pills!
Every story told of these hostages being “released” or “freed”, and not ONE spokesperson for the group thanked the Marines or any coalition forces for getting them out.
What a total load.
Hopefully these numnuts will stick around Iraq, and give the terrorists a chance to capture them again!
