Hot For Teacher, Part 77

Weaverville resident Heather Shelton, 22, was released with a promise to appear in court Monday or pay $25,000 bond.
The high school senior with whom Shelton is charged with having sex was not her student, Buncombe County Sheriff’s Detective Anne Benjamin said. Benjamin said parents of the 18-year-old become suspicious of a relationship between the two and contacted authorities. Investigators originally had said the student was 19.
Investigators said they believe the sex did not happen at school and that the two might not even have met at school.
Shelton could not be reached. Detectives did not name the 18-year-old.
And, guess what? You guessed it. She has a MySpace page too. Get over there and enjoy some of her favorite things (including Ophrah!) before this one is shut down too!
In this case, the student was reportedly 18 years old, and there’s no proof they even met at school, so I think we can have some fun with this one without feeling too guilty.
Why didn’t I ever have teachers like this?

(That and C’mon! 22 and 18, that shouldn’t even be illegal. I know she’s a teacher, (not even, a teacher’s assistant) but that’s like a college freshman banging a hot-ass college senior.

I don’t have any particular objection to the the 4 year age difference. It’s the fact that a tard of this caliber is allowed to teach in the first place.
She should be on a pole, not deciding the honor roll.

What was illegal about that?
In North Carolina it is illegal for a school employee to have sex with a student, regardless of their ages. Theoretically, a high-school dropout working as a school janitor could be arrested for screwing a student older than he is. The age of consent in NC is 16, so Hottie Shelton is NOT charged with statutory rape, but could still get 10 months in a pokey. Very unlikely though, IMO.

In a sense I kind of feel sorry for her. Stupid though it was, it shouldn’t be illegal. However, I do think it would be a good idea to build that kind of thing into her employment contract and fire anyone who pulls such a stunt.

Damn she’s hot, I mean seriosly hot. Why can’t my school have teachers like that? All the teachers at my school are old, fat or both but not a single teacher at my school looks like that. My shool really sucks
