I think Workman’s sentence should be commuted to life in prison because of the evidence that’s come out about him. An officer was still killed while Workman was in a shoot out after committing a felony.

Deterrence certainly keeps Alley from killing again and from people like you trying to get them out of jail unless the families stick around like the Collins family has.
