Halliburton! Cheney! Feinstein?
March 29th, 2007 at 9:11 am by CrankyOops!
You would think that, considering all the money Feinstein’s family has pocketed by waging global warfare while ignoring the plight of wounded American soldiers, she would show a smidgeon of shame and resign from the entire Senate, not just a subcommittee. Conversely, you’d think she might stick around MILCON to try and fix the medical-care disaster she helped to engineer for the vets who were suckered into fighting her and Bush’s panoply of unjust wars.
I just love it when leftist cant is turned inwards on one of their own.
From the Jawa Report, which asks why isn’t Katie Couric and company all over it?

Who knew that California Senator Feinstein hated the Brown People?

So Frankenstein is the latest to get caught with her hand in the ole’ cookie jar. I’m shocked…. SHOCKED I tell you! (not). Might I suggest we all get together, rent 100 or so large buses, go to DC and declare citizens arrest on the entire US government. We load ‘um up in the buses and drive’em to Club Gitmo for trial. Oh wait, you can’t drive to Gitmo, oh well it would be fun to watch ‘em try.

Uh…what the hell are you guys talking about?
I LIVE in California, and I can tell you for certain that this is NOT news.
Nope. Nothing in the local fishwrap.
Er…nothing on the TV newscast, though there is an excellent feature on the danger that plastic bags bring to the local seagull population.
So you see, this can’t be much of a big deal. Because when Randy Cunningham (R) was involved in some financial impropriety, it was on the front page for 8 months in a row.
And when Duncan Hunter (R)paid only $800 in property taxes the year his house burned down in the Cedar Fires, THAT was front page news.
And these are just CONGRESSMAN. Feinstein is a SENATOR, so you see…if there is actually any malfeasance going on, I am SURE the LA Times, San Diego Union and MSNBC will be ALL OVER the story.
And finally, Keith Olbermann and Rosie O’Donnell haven’t said ANYTHING about this. So that’s that.

Billy nailed it.
Now this guy…
…..”A once-powerful New Jersey lawmaker was indicted Thursday on corruption charges tied to a state medical school job that a federal monitor said paid him $35,000 a year to do little more than read the newspaper.
State Sen. Wayne Bryant(D), a former chairman of the budget committee, was named in a 20-count indictment released by U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie.”

Let me completely bi-partisan in my evaluation
of WAR PROFITEERS.
Regardless of stripe or affiliation, they should be sentenced to from 7 to 15 years
flippin burgers @ min wage, live in section 8 housing, and must ride public transportaiom
for the duration. All that fun, though, must be preceded by having ALL personal assets
disgorged, placed in trust for Iraq vets rehab, or education for their dependents

Day 2 of DiFi watch…AND GUESS WHAT!?!?
I open up my paper this morning and there is a FRONT PAGE story with her name all over it in the San Diego Union-Trib!
Finally! It’s about time the MSM thinks Democrats can be unethical as well…
Oops. I guess not.
“Feinstein challenges criticism against Lam”
Of course the story doesn’t mention that FEINSTEIN HERSELF complained about Lam’s lack of interest in prosecuting immigration cases. Seems she sent letters to Lam’s office AND Secretary Ashcroft.
But that’s not in the story.
And Feinstein’s financial boondoggle? Not in the paper ANYWHERE.
Not in the LA Times either. Anywhere.
I give up.

So for 5 long years this “corruption” was allowed to continue durring the Reign of (Republican) Corruption. Then when the Democrats took control it ended. Look if she is guilty of something indict.

Who let the dog in?
JR, we’d have a meaningful dialogue if you in fact had anything of substance to add.
You cease to amuse me.

As usual, John Ryan is a troll that will drop his bomb and disappear. Don’t expect him to come back to engage in any actual discussion as he doesn’t have any statistics as to the percentage of Jewish voters on this topic.
Meanwhile…DIFI watch, Day 3. Still nothing in the local wrap.
J. Ryan, you moron…who exactly do you think is going to do the “prosecuting” of DIFI here? The media refuses to even mention this glaring breach of ethics…so there will be no outcry, no exposure.
But the non-scandal/scandal continues. An ex-Gonzalez aid says that the judicial firings were “political”.
Uh…NO SHIT. But they weren’t illegal or even unethical. Somehow THIS is news?
