Except that the guy is a total dork. Being president is not just about ideas, but about leading. And can you imagine this guy as leader of the free world?

Me and a friend of mine went to lunch today and he said that he had Ron Paul feveh coursing through his veins. I gave him directions to the Free Clinic.

At heart, I’m a federalist but Ron Paul’s take on federalism is what’s known in the bidness world as “malicious compliance”. The people who are drinking his Kool-Aid might as well be singing Kumbaya on the flight to Guyana.

In fact, a photoshop opportunity abounds with that visual.

I like Tancredo. Duncan Hunter also. I think the best ticket is Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter. Fred has had a slow start. Time will tell if he can narrow the gap.

there’s plenty not to like about fred(besides his birthing in alabama). he’s a howard baker pro-teau-j, he’s a lawyer, a politician, and an actor(union, baby!) and so on blah blah blah. old school GOP for sure

but…fred’s the only one hammering state’s rights.

Duncan hunter with a fred veep would “sassify”.

Tancredo truly is a courageous man. I know something about his enemies and how he has been threatened by them over the years. People hear the one note because Tancredo feels he has to carry that charge as a number-one priority, but he has a lot to say about other issues. His background is in education, and he has thoughtful ideas about that issue and others.

As for campaign decisions, Tancredo has not always had the best advice. There’s a lot I could say about that, but it’s late. Later than you think.
