I kept his name. It was just a lot simpler to have the same name as the kids. It is a major hassle to change your name with the DMV, SSA, employer, credit cards, banks, insurance, etc. The name itself really meant little to me, no more than the letters and numbers on the tag on the car do, it's just a means of identification.
