In Quiet Submission

Huckabee really nailed it with this one. In signing the 1988 Southern Baptist Convention statement which, in part states,
A wife is to submit herself graciously to the servant leadership of her husband even as the church willingly submits to the headship of Christ.”
Huckabee really walked the walk and talked the talk of his convictions.
And really, aren’t the words of St. Paul truer now than they were 2000 years ago?
If only our liberal friends, who hold to no discernible moral absolutes, would recognize this they would enjoy much more success in the marketplace of ideas.
Think about how these loose-lipped wives have undermined both the authority and the ambitions of their husbands.
