Nigel, that actually makes sense. The stapler is symbolic that Richardson is a bureaucrat. His dropping it shows incompetence.

I’m speculating here, but you think that he is trying to maximize being an ethnic minority but failing at it (White men can’t jump).

I had a cartoon dream where I was on a roller coaster with Fred and Wilma Flintstone.

And in another dream, an angry one-eyed ghetto-talking Pomeranian dog came to my front door begging to live with me. “Wontchoo let me come in. I’m good people…aigght?”

At least you’re not crazier than me.
