This particular video makes several claims about Osama’s not-being-qualified for the office of POTUS. Me, I think he should be a disqualified because he’s a hate-America-firster and a Marxist black-liberation-theology drone, but apparently that’s not enough in our current U.S. Idiocracy. Anyhoo, judge for yourself.

It would all go away if B. Hussein Osama would release his records. It doesn’t seem like the voting public cares anyway, as long as he promises to take from the “rich” and give to them, so it’s probably just another dead-end.

I remember when Berg filed his suit in August and it has gotten no attention.
If it is rejected and he has legal grounds it could go before the Supreme Court and we will be having the most unnecessary and preventable strife in recent memory. The people upset about Bush v. Gore are going to flip what little lids they have left in the US v. Barack Obama aka “Barry Soetero”.
Couple this with all the ACORN fraud and the like and they are wanting to appeal this to the court of public opinion and not the US Supreme Court.
Like most of what Obama says and does, it is dangerous to our democracy what would happen after a candidate has run for the Presidency for two years and been completely unvetted by the national media or his peers.
Yea, you’ve raised $450M and got millions of people voting for you – we’re going to throw the election out because you are in violation of the law. Could Schwarzenegger have done it a few years ago before everyone knew how wishy-washy he was? No, because they knew it was against the law and knew they would have to try to change the law just for him.
This isn’t quite like campaign finance where the rule is to get all the money you can, legally or illegally, and then give it back if you get caught. The stakes are a lot higher.

Meh…I’m not sure this will pan out at all.
It is curious that Jerome Corsi was detained in Kenya…when he allegedly was hot on the trail of some of this information.
It is also very curious that Obama absolutely refuses to be transparent with past records. This is not a privacy issue here. When you are to be POTUS, there should be nothing hidden. NOTHING.

I didn’t watch the clip (wouldn’t load), but I have seen stuff about this and I really don’t think there’s anything to it.
1. I think Obama really was born in the US
2. Don’t know if the clip showed it, but I know there’s some question about his adoption by his Malaysian step-father – and how that affects his citizenship status, but I’d guess it doesn’t.
3. Doesn’t really matter, because his mother was a US citizen.
My boy has a furriner for a dad and was born abroad and he’s a “natural born” US citizen, because I am an American who meets the criteria of passing on my citizenship. I have the paperwork to prove it. McCain is actually in the same position. I know there was a lawsuit contesting McCain’s POTUS eligibility, but I haven’t heard much further. (There’s never been a test case of an American born abroad, so the issue of eligibility is slightly unclear.) I hope it’s resolved in McCain’s (and my son’s) favor.
BTW, probably not voting this year, cause I can’t stand either candidate.
