		<description>First, Syria will want part of the Kurd section of Iraq so it can finally have its own oil wells and petro revenue. Second, Iran will want to station troops in the Shite part of Iraq. No body sits at the negotation table without getting something in return. It looks like we accomplished for the Iranians what they couldn&#039;t accomplish for themselves during their war with Iraq in the 1980&#039;s.</description>
