Apparently this guy committed two crimes. First, being white. Second, wearing a McCain shirt at an Obama rally.

    Attention Moonbats. This is what the defenition of a “Police State” is. Get this through your thin, hemp skulls. There has to be an expert 1st Amendment Attorney out there that would take this man’s case against the Philthydelphia Police (and there should be a case against this thug-tastic bullshit) pro-bono. The PD could be in a suit seeking damages of significant financial compensation for denying this man in the McCain/Palin shirt his 1st Amendment Right to free speech.
