		<description>1) The &quot;Stimulus&quot; abomination contains a provision that accelerates the write off of all equipment and capital goods for the entertainment industry.  That means Every Freaking One of the &quot;moguls&quot;, producers, and stars who own percentages of movies, etc. should be salary capped by the same rules.  

2)  States and cities are being bailed out.  All sports franchises benefit from taxpayer subsidies from those states and cities, which enables them to pay the exorbitant salaries of the players and the profits of the owners.  All should be salary capped by the same rule.  If the Republicans had a testosterone count measurable without using quantum physics, they would put their own bill to that effect out. It would get squashed, but the chance to make points with those who are paying the bills would be wonderful.
