I thought Bill Clinton was the first black president.

If a white president, even a liberal one, had tried some of the stuff that Barry has already been able to do, he would be under serious pressure by now but, according to the race hustlers, any criticism of Barry must be motivated by the color of his skin rather than the desire to not be enslaved by a socialist state, so Barry is immune from accountability.
