The United States plans to pledge more than $900 million to help rebuild Gaza after Israel’s invasion and strengthen the Western-backed Palestinian Authority, a U.S. official said on Monday.
The money will be channeled through U.N. and other bodies and will not be distributed via the militant group Hamas, which rules Gaza, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton plans to make the announcement next week at a Gaza donors conference in Egypt.
It appears that first phone call after winning the election was to give a verbal confirmation that Abbas’ credit line for new Katyusha rockets had been approved. Dare I say, any American Jew who voted for Obama is a traitor to their race.
Yea. I dared it.
So not only will Americans get to directly finance terrorism against Israel, we will now be responsible for UN workers molesting children in Gaza after the blue helmet kleptocrats get their filthy paws on what’s left of our money.
Olmert abruptly announced last week that Israel would not reopen Gaza’s long-blockaded borders — the main Israeli concession sought by Hamas — unless Hamas-affiliated militants first freed Sgt. Gilad Schalit, who was seized in a June 2006 cross-border raid.

The City Paper, though once the only bastion of center-right news in town, has undergone a steady Stalinization/Nashville Scene-ification since Chris “The Rat Boy” Ferrell and Albie “Let’s All Smoke Some Pot At My Place” Del Favero took the helm. Along with merging with the Democrat house organ – Nashville Post.
As the Scene doesn’t do any real reporting (unless simply repeating Democrat press releases is now considered reporting) and The Tennessean gets scooped about goings on in their own building to other outlets – there is only one print news gathering outlet in town now.
And yes. Clint Brewer was unceremoniously fired last week.
The transformation of the NCP into yet another leftard rag by elevating faux populist Klanheider to the top of the mast has been slow in coming but it’s here now.
Not since Victor Navasky acted as the shadow editor of the Columbia Journalism Review while still being the editor of The Nation has a paper needed to hide the radical agenda of its board. You could see it coming when they started publishing editorials about how “the world was watching” Nashville’s English Only vote so don’t like embarrass us in front of New York and stuff.
What I do know is that there has been a circular firing squad of Democommies having a Gunfight At The So-Gay Corral over the new TNDP Chair and his Treasurer. Of course there were phone banks operated by Hamas out of the ME for Barry pre-election, so he is just repaying the favor, just like repaying the favor to the unions and everyone else who gets grease from our taxpayer dollars. This is no more than standard Chicago politics on a global scale. With the MSM crawling up inside his a-hole, Barry is the “Teflon Ape”. (I know, that’s too racist to catch on, but it fits the context of this post, at least..besides the “Teflon President” has already been used).
