What he’s ultimately saying is two-fold.
On one hand, he’s saying we’re scared and we’re unilaterally backing off in exchange for help on Iran that we’re not going to get.
On the other hand, he’s tacitly supporting Russia to attack Poland and the Ukraine like they did to Georgia before the Olympics. Effectively undermining the pro-Western governments in both countries in front of the world.
He’s the coward, er, I mean the change they’ve been waiting for.
