Elizabeth Edwards has opened a new furniture store in Chapel Hill, North Carolina called Red Window.

The wife of former presidential candidate John Edwards said the store is similar to a charity store her mother owned in Japan when she was a child.

John Edwards and their eleven-year-old daughter, Emma Claire, were on hand for Saturday’s grand opening.

While the opening drew media attention, the couple had to deal with tabloid rumors concerning John Edwards confessed affair with Rielle Hunter, a videographer who accompanied him during his 2008 campaign.

So come on down to Crazy John’s Mistress and Mattress Emporium.
