Headed by a Ways and Means Committee Chairman who should be indicted for tax evasion no less.
“We’re not trying to insult anybody. We’re just trying to keep in the forefront what the financial costs are,” House Appropriations Committee Chairman Dave Obey (D-Wis.) told POLITICO.
He says with a straight face after voting to quadruple the current deficit with one bill and claiming that it won’t cost you a thin dime.
Is there anything this government does that we don’t already pay for? They want to tax you harder for a war they have no intention of winning.
Sacrifice your Trillion dollar pet projects and bunk science boondoggles to pay for your War of Necessity? Hells no.

The inmates are truly running the asylum. We need another tax to fund the criminal prosecution of our own soldiers and to baby the madmen who mutilate their corpses (and hang them from bridges) while their Commander-in-Chief slobs knobs with the Hollywood directors who portray our troops as borderline lunatics waiting to snap.

Maybe you guys can help me, but was Allahpundit always such a fucking pussy? I know he has been for a while, but I don’t remember him being so much of one back in the day. I almost remember liking the guy, but I can’t really recall.

I don’t know what Malkin’s thinking for the past couple of years. A good business model would promote him out of his current arrangement and bring in some fresh blood and let him be an occasional feature and act as an editor-type.
Unless going for that Charles Johnson, Jr. slot is a winning angle that I’m incapable of seeing due to my firm grip on reality.

I don’t know what has happened to Allahpundit lately. Maybe he is inconsolable over Kirsten Powers getting engaged and is moving to the middle in a last gasp at trying to get her attention.
I still enjoy most of what he writes, but Uncle Jimbo rightly took him down on this one. I’m tired of this bullshit where special ops and CIA interrogators have to feel like someone will call Terrorist Protective Services on them every time they bring someone in. I wonder how many good men and women we are losing on the intelligence front because of it…
