Plus, the EPA will now have power to regulate every source of CO2 emissions, from power plants to industrial production to farming lawn mowers or backyard barbecues. Don’t you just love that enumerated powers section of the Constitution that gives an unelected Federal executive agency the power to control every waking moment of our lives?
I don’t know what is more troubling, government, media and other assorted elites who can’t stand the concept of a government “by the people, for the people”, or the population who clamor for a European serfdom model.
The only hope I have is how OSHA was forced to back off from intruding on “home office” regulation back in 2000.
I think there are still plenty of freedom loving Americans, or as the MSM refers to them, racists, left.
