Lynch Mob “Justice” Promised From The KKKlan With A TanJuly 14th, 2013 at 9:12 am by Brian
Twitchy has what’s sure to be an overflowing toilet of murderous thoughts from the brain trust of Trayvon accomplices. Where is the law? Here are direct threats made to an individual that they are going to murder him themselves and they are made with impunity and re-tweeted thousands of times.
I made one Trayvon Martin post that I am aware of. It seemed to be an open and shut case from the beginning so the only thing to argue about would have been the media’s ginning up of racial animus against white people for something a hispanic did. Which they cheerfully did with shameless zeal. Let’s see how prescient I was at the opening days of this bro-haha.
Amazing. I know. Like reading a crystal ball.
A community organizes a neighborhood watch after a series of home invasions. One of the neighborhood watchmen spots a tall figure in a hoodie milling about outside of an apartment on a dark, rainy night. The figure backtracks and attacks the watchmen as he goes back to his car. While scuffling on the ground, the suspect notices a gun in the watchmen’s waistband and informs him that he’s going to die tonight. The watchmen pulls out his gun and shoots him after his head was being pounded into the concrete.
So now comes the reckoning. The “White” Hispanic wannabe cop is exonerated of murdering the black wannabe gangster after said wannabe gangster attacked the wannabe cop for following him and then threatened to kill him. All of the evidence of the gangster wannabe’s crimes were withheld from the jury and they still found the wannabe cop innocent. The usual race hucksters are holding gas and matches with tepid appeals to calm before setting their own neighborhoods on fire and attacking innocent passersby. For Trayvon’s hallowed memory of course.
I’m just curious. Earlier this month a gamer from Texas was brought up on charges with penalties for up to 8 years in jail for “making threats” as he joked about shooting up a school after losing at a video game. Why would Twitter users flashing guns and promising to specifically kill George Zimmerman be immune from similar prosecutions or lawsuits from the targeted party?
I realize Attorney General Holder will not be filing charges against any of “his own” people. But what about Twitter? Just this week, Twitter announced that they would comply with local laws to “out” users who made what they consider to be racist, sexist or homophobic remarks from prosecution or scorn. How is making death threats not included unless they agree with those threats?
Twitter has agreed to hand over the details of people who post racist and anti-Semitic abuse anonymously on the micro-blogging site, it emerged today.
Following a long legal battle, the US-based company said it would cooperate with authorities in France who want to bring alleged criminals to justice.
The breakthrough is a significant test case for the millions who use social media to express hatred and anger without revealing their identities.
Yes, totalitarianism in pursuit of thoughtcrime persecution is considered a “breakthrough”. But what of death threats?
The Capitalized Term “Twitter Rules” under their Terms of Service Agreement includes the following:
- Private information: You may not publish or post other people’s private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission.
- Violence and Threats: You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others.
Spike Lee, Roseanne Barr and others have already attempted to steer lynch mobs to Zimmerman’s private homes. Yet they are still allowed on Twitter. Thousand to tens of thousands of hoodie enthusiasts are making direct threats to murder George Zimmerman today yet where are these enforcers of civility at Twitter and Facebook and any number progressive social media sites.
They are, in fact, enablers of these calls to lynch mob justice and should either shut those accounts down or be sued into bankruptcy for being the platform that tacitly allowed it after it was brought to their attention if harm comes to Zimmerman, his family or whoever happened to be misfortunate enough to live at the addresses where the aforementioned morons directed their assassins.
